That starts with honest pricing. We charge flat fees for most services, which means you know exactly what you're getting and what it costs before we begin. No surprise bills, no hidden fees, no mystery invoices.
For pre-litigation and dispute matters, we work with you to come up with a payment arrangement that makes sense for both of us. While our preference is to charge a flat fee, if a dispute is novel or it’s hard to predict how things will unfold, we will bill hourly. In either case, you'll get a detailed budget estimate upfront so you can plan accordingly.

We're 100% virtual. Meet with us from your home, office, or favorite coffee shop; wherever you work best. Phone calls, video meetings, texts, emails; we adapt to your communication style. All documents are exchanged and signed securely online.
