I decided before I opened Audette Law that I would not bill by the hour.

The way I charge for my work should look like the way I practice law.

I believe clients deserve to know what the work will cost before I begin it.

Not every legal matter can be scoped from beginning to end on the first day.

When a matter unfolds in stages, the fees do too.

Before I begin each stage, you’ll know what the work is and what it will cost.

I don’t want either of us watching the clock.

I want us focused on making the next important decision.
